Paul Rieken spent over twenty-seven years in leadership positions within organizations committed to improving the lives of others: adjudicated and at-risk youth, individuals with developmental disabilities, and seniors. He served in positions ranging from front-line staff member to Executive Director and spent over thirteen of those twenty-seven years leading staff training and development departments. In every position throughout his career, Paul was highly committed to helping those he worked with develop the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their given work environment.

Paul founded Normative Point, LLC, a professional development consultancy in Auburn, Nebraska, because of a passion for helping teams, leaders, individuals, and organizations become the best versions of themself. He loves assessing, addressing, and resolving issues so those he works with can reach their full potential, and he looks forward to the many "light bulb" moments that occur along the development process. With years of experience working in dynamic work environments, formal training in areas of facilitation, performance coaching, group dynamics, and leadership, and a solid commitment to continual learning, Paul is uniquely qualified to apply his expertise to the challenges and opportunities facing people and organizations today. 

Paul holds a master's degree in organizational performance and a bachelor's degree in human and social services administration from Bellevue University. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Auburn, Nebraska with their highly energetic miniature poodle and very non-energetic cat. Their three adult daughters live in Florida, Oregon, and Nebraska, respectively.
